With a dramatic backdrop of hills dominated
by Spain's highest mountain, Mount Teide, Sunningdale Village is set on the
edge of the green oasis that is the magnificent Golf del Sur resort, with
breathtaking views of the sparkling Atlantic Ocean. Here in the sunny south of

drive from all the attractions offered by the popular tourist centres of Playa

harbour. And all along the Costa del Silencio towards the towering cliffs of
Los Gigantes, you can discover some beautiful beaches to stop off and enjoy the
sun, a swim and perhaps a refreshing drink or snack at a friendly local tapas
or beach bar. Tenerife's water sports facilities are legendary and the dolphin
and whale safaris make a memorable day trip at any age. Then there are bird
sanctuaries, gardens, horse riding, and island tours, never forgetting the
awesome lava fields of Mount Teide National Park. There's just so much to see
on Tenerife, including the fascinating capital and working port of Santa Cruz
and the famous old town of Puerto de la Cruz, it's no wonder the island is such
a popular year-round choice.
