Think
about it. You are in one of the warmest and welcoming ski resorts in the French

Situation
At an altitude of
1,300 metres, Megève not only offers the opportunity to do snow sports,
walk through the woods, or white snowcovered countryside, it is also the
perfect place from where to take trips to the Italian city of Turin (through
the Mont Blanc tunnel), to Chamonix or the ancient city of Annecy and its
beautiful lake. The closeness of Geneva airport, Chambery and Annecy airports
as well, all three less than an hour by road, allows you to reach this
beautiful town easily. You will also find lots to do: wine-cellars in which to
listen to great jazz, boutiques for shopping and pleasant bistros to enjoy the
local cuisine. And less than a kilometre away there is a casino, horse-riding,
golf, two ice-rinks (indoor and outdoor), indoor swimming pool, and a shopping
centre, among other services.

In the welcoming rooms
of the Royal Rochebrune hotel every effort has been made to surround the guest
with the most authentic Alpine feel: fine wood on the walls, pine furniture
(including Chablis style armchairs) typical of the region. All the rooms have
their own independent balconies with views of the snow-capped peaks or the
open-air heated swimming pool. There is also ski equipment hire, gymnasium,
sauna, tennis courts, restaurants and a cafeteria. The cable-car, chair lift,
and ski school are next door to the hotel.
